Privacy Policy

Last updated June 23, 2026

This policy describes how Cyborg Systems LLC collects, uses, stores, and protects information from visitors to cyborg.marketing and the people who fill out our forms, talk to our AI analysis tools, or otherwise share information with us.

Who we are

Cyborg Systems LLC (“Cyborg,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates cyborg.marketing and the affiliate program, partner program, AI analysis tools, and consultation booking flows described on that site. Questions about this policy can be sent to legal@cyborg.marketing or by mail to Cyborg Systems LLC, 784 S. Clearwater Loop, STE B, Post Falls, ID 83854, USA.

What we collect

We collect three categories of information.

Information you submit to us. Name, work email, company name, role, annual revenue band, agency details (for partner applicants), audience details (for affiliate applicants), website URLs, and any free-text you enter into a form field or a chat widget on the site (descriptions of what you are trying to solve, copy you paste for critique, etc.).

Information generated as you use the AI analysis tools. When you complete one of our free analyses (Marketing Audit, Sales Copy Critique, or Local Search and Strategy), the questions you answer and the report we generate are stored locally in your browser’s sessionStorage so we can personalize the booking page if you choose to book a consultation afterward. SessionStorage is cleared automatically when you close the tab. We also receive a copy of your chat session contents on our servers so we can produce the report.

Information collected automatically. Standard web server logs (IP address, user agent, referrer, request timestamps), cookies for site preferences and security (including Cloudflare Turnstile bot-protection tokens), and a 60-day affiliate-attribution cookie if you arrived via an affiliate link. See the Cookie Policy for the full list.

How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiry, application, or consultation booking.
  • To run the AI analysis you requested (sending your inputs to our AI model vendors so they can generate your report).
  • To personalize your post-analysis booking page, so the consultation agenda reflects the report you just generated.
  • To process affiliate and partner program payments and reporting.
  • To send transactional emails (confirmations, follow-ups, notifications).
  • To send marketing emails about Cyborg products and services if you have opted in or are an existing customer. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats (including bot-protection via Cloudflare Turnstile).
  • To improve our products, content, our shared template and section library, and our AI systems, including by creating de-identified, aggregated structure and design patterns. We do not use your personal information, your content, or your brand assets for this. See “De-identified and aggregated data” below.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with the following categories of recipients only as needed to operate our services.

  • AI model vendors. When you use our AI analysis tools, your inputs are sent to one or more third-party AI model providers (currently including Anthropic for Claude, Google for Gemini, and Perplexity for real-time search-augmented analysis) so they can generate the report. These vendors are bound by their own privacy policies and contractual data-handling commitments to us.
  • Infrastructure providers. Cloudflare (CDN, edge worker proxy, Turnstile bot protection), Vercel (Next.js application hosting), and any other infrastructure partners listed on our security page.
  • Affiliate platform. If you join our affiliate program, we share the information needed to attribute referrals and pay commissions with our affiliate management platform (Rewardful or its successor).
  • Service providers. Email delivery, CRM, analytics, payment processing, and similar vendors operating under contracts that bind them to our privacy and security standards.
  • Legal and safety. Law enforcement, courts, and other parties when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Successors. A buyer or successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

How long we keep information

We retain information for as long as needed to operate the relationship, satisfy our legal and accounting obligations, and defend potential legal claims. Specific retention windows:

  • Form submissions and chat session contents: 36 months from the date of submission, then deleted or anonymized.
  • Server logs: 90 days.
  • Affiliate and partner program records: as long as the program relationship is active, plus 7 years for financial records.
  • Marketing email subscribers: until unsubscribe, then immediately removed from the active list (retained on the suppression list to honor opt-out).
  • SessionStorage report contents: cleared when you close the browser tab.
  • Affiliate attribution cookie: 60 days.
  • De-identified, aggregated structural patterns: retained indefinitely, as they are no longer personal information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information we hold about you, the right to opt out of certain uses (including targeted advertising and sales, neither of which we currently engage in), and the right to appeal a denial of any of these requests. These rights are afforded to California residents under the CCPA/CPRA, Virginia residents under the VCDPA, Colorado residents under the CPA, and similar state laws.

To exercise any of these rights, email legal@cyborg.marketing from the email address on file with us, or use the contact form on the site. We will verify your identity before completing the request. We respond within the windows required by applicable law (generally 45 days, extendable by another 45 if needed).

We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising their privacy rights.

De-identified and aggregated data

We create de-identified, aggregated data from activity on our platform to improve, develop, and train our products, systems, and models, including structure and design patterns drawn from what is built using our tools (page layouts, section arrangements, and component configurations). This data is stripped of identifying content and brand-distinctive styling and reviewed so that it cannot reasonably be linked back to you, your business, or your customers.

Because de-identified, aggregated data is no longer personal information, it is not subject to the access, deletion, or portability rights described above, and we may retain and use it after your account or engagement ends. We commit to maintaining its de-identified state and to not attempting to re-identify it. The structural-pattern program, and how to opt out of it, are described in our Terms & Conditions.

Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encryption in transit (TLS) for all submissions, access controls on our administrative systems, and contractual security commitments from our infrastructure and service providers. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information you transmit to us.

Children’s privacy

Cyborg Marketing is a B2B service. Our site, forms, and analysis tools are not directed at children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

Geographic scope

Cyborg Systems LLC is operated from the United States and our products and services are intended for businesses based in the United States. We do not actively market to or knowingly target residents of the European Union, the United Kingdom, or any other jurisdiction outside the United States.

If you are a resident of the EU, the UK, or another jurisdiction with comprehensive data-protection rules, you should not submit personal information through this site or our products. If you submit information anyway, you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of that information in the United States and in the other countries where our service providers operate, under the US-based privacy framework described in this policy. We do not currently provide GDPR Article 13/14 disclosures, an EU/UK representative, Standard Contractual Clauses, or the other infrastructure that comprehensive EU/UK data-protection compliance would require.

If Cyborg expands to actively serve EU or UK clients, this policy will be updated with the corresponding disclosures before any EU/UK targeting begins.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. Material changes will be highlighted on the site or sent to you by email if we have your address on file.
