Recurring earnings continue as long as the referred client stays with Cyborg. One-time earnings on Custom AI builds are paid after the build closes, the invoice is paid in full, and a 30-day clearing window completes. Common questions
The questions every affiliate asks first.
How are link clicks tracked?
Link clicks are tracked automatically. When someone clicks your unique affiliate link, we drop a 60-day cookie on their browser. Any signup they complete within those 60 days is credited to your account, even if they leave and come back from the same browser later.

How do I track my personal referrals?
Personal referrals (email intros, calls, personal mentions) are tracked manually: submit the contact name and email through your dashboard and we attribute them to your account once they sign up. This step is required so that we know they came from you.
After approval you get login access to the dashboard where you can see clicks, signups, converted customers, current MRR earned, and projected lifetime commission per referral.
When do I get paid?
Monthly, on a 30-day net cycle. Commissions earned in month N are paid out at the start of month N+2 (after the refund window closes on the referred customer). Minimum payout balance: $100.
Are there promotional assets I can use?
Yes. Brand kit, banners, email swipe copy, social post templates, and a stripped-down sales explainer deck are all available the day you are approved.
What happens if my referred customer cancels?
Your commission stops the month they stop paying. If they re-up later, your commission resumes (assuming they came back through the same attribution). No clawbacks on past payouts.
What if multiple affiliates refer the same customer?
Whoever's referral we verify first wins the attribution. For link clicks, that's the cookie active on the browser at signup. For personal referrals, that's the earliest submitted contact we have on file. Referral windows reset after 6 months. We do not split commissions across affiliates for the same customer.
