Accessibility Statement

Cyborg Marketing LLC is committed to making cyborg.marketing accessible to people with disabilities. We work to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA across the site and review our conformance on an ongoing basis.

Conformance target

Our target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We treat the criteria in the W3C’s published Recommendation as our standard. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III informs our broader accessibility posture for public-facing surfaces.

Measures we take

  • Semantic HTML and proper heading hierarchy on every page
  • Visible focus indicators on every interactive element
  • Skip-to-main-content link as the first focusable element on every page
  • Reduced-motion preference respected across animations and smooth-scroll behavior
  • Form fields associated with labels; error states announced to screen readers via aria-invalid and aria-describedby
  • Sufficient color contrast for body text (4.5:1) and large text (3:1) against background colors
  • Keyboard accessibility for every interactive element, including carousels, expanding cards, and range sliders
  • Periodic accessibility audits and tracked remediation

Known gaps

We track known accessibility gaps in our public issue queue and address them as part of our standard release cadence. Current items being worked include:

  • Some gradient-text headlines may not meet 4.5:1 contrast at the lighter end of the gradient. Workaround: the same text is rendered in solid navy in the page’s underlying source for screen readers.
  • The chat widget is undergoing a parallel accessibility review and may not yet meet every WCAG 2.2 AA criterion. The free analyses available via the chat widget are also available by emailing the team directly.

If you encounter an accessibility issue we have not listed, please tell us using the contact below. We treat accessibility reports as priority bugs.

Report an issue

Email legal@cyborg.marketing with the page URL, what you were trying to do, what assistive technology you were using (if any), and what happened. We respond within five (5) business days and work to remediate confirmed issues as quickly as we can.

Alternative access

If any Cyborg surface is inaccessible to you, we will work with you to deliver the equivalent information or service through an alternative channel. Email is the most common alternative: a real human reads every inbound to legal@cyborg.marketing inside one business day.
