Cookie Policy
Last updated May 26, 2026
Cyborg Marketing LLC uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage, session storage, web beacons) on cyborg.marketing. This policy explains what we use, what each one does, and how you can control them.
What we use
Strictly necessary. Required for the site to function. Cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.
- Cloudflare Turnstile bot-protection tokens (security)
- Session identifier for chat-widget continuity within a single visit
- SessionStorage of analysis-tool report contents so we can personalize your post-analysis booking page (cleared when you close the tab)
- Zoom Scheduler embed cookies on our consultation booking pages (
/book-a-call/*). Required for the scheduler to load, hold your selected time slot, and process payment through Stripe. Data flows to Zoom and to Stripe under their respective privacy policies. Without these cookies the booking and payment flow does not function.
Functional. Improve the experience but are not strictly required.
- Affiliate-attribution cookie set when you arrive via an affiliate link (60-day window)
- UI preferences (currently none beyond browser defaults)
Analytics. Help us understand how the site is used, where visitors come from, which pages perform, and where the funnel leaks. These cookies are placed by third-party tools we have integrated.
- Google Analytics 4 (cookies including
_ga,_ga_*, and_gid). Tracks page views, session duration, traffic sources, and conversion events. Data flows to Google under their privacy policy. - Microsoft Clarity (cookies including
_clck,_clsk, andCLID). Records anonymized session replays, heatmaps, and scroll behavior. Data flows to Microsoft under their privacy policy. - FunnelPulse. Tracks funnel and conversion performance across the site. Data flows to FunnelPulse under their privacy policy.
Marketing and advertising. Help us measure ad performance, attribute conversions back to ad campaigns, and reach audiences on advertising platforms.
- Meta Pixel (cookies including
_fbpandfr). Measures ad performance on Facebook and Instagram, attributes conversions, and supports retargeting. Data flows to Meta under their privacy policy.
We may add or substitute analytics and marketing tools as our stack evolves. This list is reviewed periodically and will be updated when the cookies on the site change in any material way.
How to control cookies
You have three ways to control the cookies cyborg.marketing uses.
Your Privacy Choices. The “Your Privacy Choices” link in the site footer opens a preference center where you can opt analytics and marketing cookies on or off. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be turned off because the site will not work without them. Your choice is saved in your browser and applied on every subsequent page.
First-visit banner. On your first visit to the site, a consent banner asks you to accept all cookies, decline non-essential cookies, or customize. The choice you make there is recorded; you can change it any time via Your Privacy Choices.
Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat that as an opt-out of analytics and marketing cookies by default. You can still adjust each category manually via Your Privacy Choices if you want different settings for this site specifically.
You can also clear cookies and similar storage at any time from your browser’s settings. Most browsers also let you block cookies entirely, block third-party cookies only, or accept cookies on a per-site basis. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break parts of the site (you will not be able to complete forms, run the analysis tools, or pass bot-protection checks).
Changes
We may update this policy when we add, change, or remove cookies. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision.
