Does this require our engineers to be involved?

Mostly no. Our build team handles architecture, integration, and operator training. Your team is involved in scoping decisions, security reviews, and access provisioning. If you have engineers who want to be involved in the build, we can integrate them into the project plan; many of our clients use this as a knowledge-transfer opportunity. If you have no engineers, that's perfectly fine. They're optional.

Can we start with a workshop before committing to a full build?

Yes. AI Strategy Workshops are designed as a low-commitment on-ramp. Two days, leadership in the room, a 12-month roadmap on the way out.
