Refund Policy

One-time paid consultations (including the “Pick a Brain” consultation surfaces) carry a satisfaction refund. If, by the end of your scheduled call, you do not believe the consultation delivered value, tell your strategist on the call or email legal@cyborg.marketing within seven (7) days of the call and we will refund the full consultation fee. No additional questions, no back-and-forth, no friction. You are eligible for one satisfaction refund per consultation engagement.

Cyborg Core engagements include a thirty (30) day trial window from the engagement start date. If you cancel within the trial window, the first month’s fee is fully refundable. After the trial window, Cyborg Core is billed monthly in advance and is not refundable on a pro-rata basis mid-month. You may cancel at any time with thirty (30) days’ written notice; we will continue delivering through the notice period and then end the engagement.

Custom AI Builds are scoped per project and billed against milestones set out in the project order form. Refund eligibility for each milestone payment is governed by the deliverables tied to that milestone. Once a milestone deliverable has been accepted in writing (or no rejection has been received within ten (10) business days of delivery), the associated payment is non-refundable.

Discovery work, audits, and strategy artifacts produced in early-phase milestones are non-refundable once delivered, as the value of the artifact is delivered on production regardless of whether the broader build proceeds.

Website build fees are billed in two phases: a deposit on project kickoff and the remainder on go-live. The deposit is non-refundable once kickoff occurs. The go-live payment is refundable only if Cyborg fails to deliver the site substantially as described in the project order form.

SEO & Ads Management is billed monthly in advance. Fees are not refundable on a pro-rata basis mid-month. You may cancel at any time with thirty (30) days’ written notice. Ad spend held in your account on cancellation is returned net of any pending platform charges.

We ask that you contact us first if you believe a charge was made in error or you are dissatisfied with a delivered service. Initiating a credit-card chargeback before attempting resolution with us is a breach of your engagement agreement and grounds for immediate termination of any active services.
