Cyborg Marketing LLC builds AI-powered marketing tools. This page sets out where we use AI, which AI model providers we use, what that means for the information you share with us, and how we treat AI output.
Where we use AI
AI sits at the core of our free analysis tools (Marketing Audit, Sales Copy Critique, Local Search and Strategy), our Cyborg Core engagement engine, Custom AI Builds, Cyborg AI-Created Websites, and the marketing automation that supports each. When you interact with any of these tools, you are interacting with a system that combines large language models with our own prompts, methodology, and data.
Which AI providers we use
Current model providers:
- Anthropic (Claude) for reasoning, copy critique, and most generation
- Google (Gemini) for some long-context analysis
- Perplexity for real-time search-augmented research
We may add, remove, or substitute providers as the AI landscape evolves. We will update this page when the provider list changes.
What this means for your data
When you interact with our AI tools, the inputs you provide (your business description, copy you paste, URLs you share, questions you ask) are sent to the model providers listed above so they can generate a response. Each provider has its own privacy policy and data-handling commitments. We use providers under terms that prohibit them from training their general models on your inputs without your explicit permission, but we cannot guarantee how every provider handles every byte at every moment. If your information is highly sensitive or subject to regulatory restrictions (HIPAA, FERPA, attorney-client privilege, etc.), do not submit it.

AI output is not infallible
Large language models can produce output that is wrong, out of date, internally inconsistent, or missing context you would expect a human expert to bring. We design our tools to mitigate this (with grounding data, multi-pass review, methodology prompts, and human review on paid engagements), but no AI output should be treated as final truth without your own review.
For free analyses, the report is a starting point. For paid engagements (Cyborg Core, Custom AI Builds, Websites, SEO & Ads), a human Cyborg Marketer is in the loop on everything we ship to you.
Output ownership
You own the AI-generated output that pertains specifically to your business. We retain ownership of the underlying prompts, methodology, system design, and templates that produce the output. See our Terms & Conditions for the full statement.
